  • How do I book a session?

  • Is deep pressure painful?

    Pressure is firm but controlled and adjusted to your preference. You can request more or less pressure at any time.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellations or rescheduling are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Major credit cards and selected digital payments are accepted. Online payment is also available after your booking is confirmed.

  • What is Trigger Point Therapy & Acupuncture?

    Trigger point therapy uses focused pressure on areas of muscular tension. Acupuncture uses fine needles to target deeper areas when appropriate.
